Known as one of the most devastating strikers in fighting, the 6'2" Spong has competed in five different divisions in kickboxing, including lightweight, middleweight, cruiserweight, heavyweight, and super heavyweight. During the course of his nine-year career he's fought all over the world including the 2010 K-1 World Grand Prix. Spong has also faced several legends of the sport, including Jerome Le Banner, Ray Sefo, and top heavyweight MMA contender Alistair Overeem. Most recently Spong beat another legend and added another KO to his record when he finished former K-1 World Grand Prix Champion Peter Aerts via a third round TKO.
