He is the only athlete in sports history to win two world titles in less than a minute (38 seconds to be exact). Outside of the ring Shamrock is an MMA color commentator on CBS, Showtime, and ESPN2. He is internationally known as one of the world’s top martial arts instructors and is also an accomplished author.
