JEWELS 21 - 09/22/2012: Three Fighters Attended Promo Event In Akihabara

JEWELS held a promotional event at DVD & Game shop named Mulan AKIBA in Tokyo.

Three fighters from JEWELS, Mika Nagano, Shizuka Sugiyama, and Emi Tomimatsu, occupied the store front and did Q & A with the fans followed by the photo sessions with those who purchased JEWELS DVD.

Besides talking about "Best of JEWELS" DVD currently on sale at Mulan AKIBA, three fighters shared many behind-the-scene episodes with the fans. In regards to their fight this weekend, both Nagano and Sugiyama are being cautious because they are both taking on a fighter that is making a pro MMA debut. A rookie. That is why they have to be cautious. Nagano said, "Its my opponent's pro debut fight so there are some worries there but 'go for broke' would be my spirit for this fight."

Sugiyama seems to be feeling the same, "As much as possible, I gathered many info about my opponent but there are so many things I don't know about her. At the weigh-ins on day before the fight, by looking at her height and physique, I would have to use my imagination."

Then Tomimatsu, who is not schedule to fight this weekend, followed, "I will get in shape to work as a sales clerk at the shop."
