Big congrats is in order for Romero "Jacare" Cavalcanti for receiving his 7th degree from the IBJJF. Romero's lifetime dedication to the art and his students is recognized by his friends and peers. His right hand man Fabio Gurgel, the Alliance General stated: "Congratulations master for all the years of dedication to the art of teaching. No one deserves it more. "
As a personal, long time friend I want to extend my congratulations to "Jacare" for all he has done for BJJ!

Saturday May 1, 2010 is the first day of the tournament. This day
is set aside for kids year born between 1995-2006 and for all purple belts.(All
age and weight divisions).Early registration is
from now until 11:59 PM (PST) Thursday April 22nd. The cost is $45.00
USD. From April 23rd to Monday April
26th, 2010 11:59pm registration increases to $60.00 USD.
Sunday May 2, 2010 is the second
day of the tournament. This day will be for all competitors in the Juvenile,
Adults, Masters and Seniors categories, except for purple
belts.Again, early
registration for Juveniles through Seniors is from now to 11:59 PM (PST)
Thursday April 22nd. The cost is $65.00 USD. From April 23rd to
Monday April 26th, 2010 11:59pm the registration increases to $80.00
USD.
No registrations
will be accepted after 11:59PM PST Monday, April 26th, 2010 - NO
EXCEPTIONS.
