Request by Zuffa, LLC for the date of June 1, 2012 to promote a professionalmixed martial arts event at the Palms Resort in Las Vegas and to be broadcaston FX, for possible action.

Request by Tuff-N-Uff Productions for the dates of April 7, 2012 and May 25,2012 to promote amateur mixed martial events at the South Point in Las Vegas,for possible action.

Request by Ultimate Reno Combat for the dates of April 13, 2012 and May 18,2012 to promote amateur mixed martial events at the Grand Sierra Resort inReno, for possible action.

Request by Lion Fight Promotions for the date of April 18, 2012 to promote anamateur kickboxing event in the UNLV Student Union Courtyard in Las Vegas, withall proceeds to be donated to Three Square, for possible action.

Request by Mity Mites for a grant from NRS 467.108 for travel to Las Vegas toparticipate in the Nevada vs. California event hosted by Richard Steele BoxingClub on October 21-23, 2011 for 4 boxers and 2 coaches for per diem of $300,hotel expenses of $295.64, car rental and fuel reimbursement of 384.18, totalof $979.82, for possible action.

Request by Barry’s Boxing for a grant from NRS 467.108 for travel toIndependence, MO to participate in the 2012 National Silver Gloves Tournamenton February 1-4, 2012 for 2 boxers and 1 coach for hotel expenses of $702.84,per diem of $260, transportation to hotel of $69, and airfare and bag fees of$1,051, total of $2,082.84, for possible action.

Request by Richard Steele Boxing Club for a grant from NRS 467.108 for travelto Independence, MO to participate in the 2012 National Silver GlovesTournament on February 1-4, 2012 for 2 boxers 2 coaches, and 1 chaperone forper diem of $400, hotel expenses of $523.76, car rental of $238.50, and airfareof $1,460.40, total of $2,622.66, for possible action.

Request by North Las Vegas Center Ring Boxing for a grant from NRS 467.108 fortravel to Fort Carson, CO to participate in the 2012 USA Boxing NationalChampionship on February 24-March 3, 2012 for 2 boxers and 1 coach for per diemof $540, hotel expenses of $287.62, car rental and fuel reimbursement of$600.49, total of $1,428.11, for possible action.

Request for approval by Golden Boy Promotions for permission to exceed the 4%limit per NAC 467.332 on 500 complimentary tickets on February 24, 2012 at theHard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas for donation to Nellis Air Force Base, forpossible action.

Request for approval by Superior Cage Combat to exceed the 4% limit per NAC467.332 on 500 complimentary tickets on February 16, 2012 at the Orleans Arenain Las Vegas for donation to Nellis Air Force Base, Las Vegas MetropolitanPolice Department, and Clark County Fire Department, for possible action.

Hearing of disciplinary complaint against mixed martial artist ShawnFitzsimmons, for possible action.

Hearing of disciplinary complaint against mixed martial artist Muhammad Lawal,for possible action.

Hearing of disciplinary complaint against boxer Michael Ruiz, Jr., for possibleaction.
