Nick DuellOne of the busiest promotions returns October 20th as NAAFS hold fourteenth show of 2012 with Caged Vengeance 12. The event takes place at the Z-Plex in Streetsboro, OH however the show will not be webcast on GoFightLive as most NAAFS shows this year have.
In the main event former NAAFS champion Nick Duell returns to face Jay Buck. Duell was on a six-fight win streak including capturing the title but lost it to Kyle Baker in August 2011, won a split decision over William Kuhn, then suffered a KO defeat at the hands of Brandon Saling in Duell’s most recent fight in February. Buck had a serious slide from 2003-2009 when he lost six fights in a row then turned it around in 2009-10 with two wins before losing a TKO due to cuts in his most recent fight. Both are seeking redemption and another shot at recognition in a fight that will at the very least please the local fans.

Also on the card is M-1 Challenge vet Maxim Grishin, a 13-6 Rusian fighter making his NAAFS debut by fighting Bill Hill. Grishin’s loss to Kenny Garner last October snapped a five-win streak but he most recently defeated Joachim Christensen in May. Grishin is a former training partner of Fedor Emelianenko and is known for his striking however not much is known about Hill.
