Road FC champion Kyung Ho Kang
According to a report from MMA-in-Asia.com, Korean fighter Kyung Ho Kang will make his UFC debut against Alex Caceres when the UFC treks to Macau later this year. The event, UFC on Fuel TV 6, takes place Nov. 10 at CotaiArena.
Kang recent won the Road FC bantamweight title. At Road FC 8, he defeated Jae Hoon Moon and Andrew Leone to win the bantamweight tournament and take the title. In 2010, Kang fought under the Sengoku banner against Shigeki Osawa and dropped a decision.
Caceres made his UFC debut after competing on a recent season of “The Ultimate Fighter.” He dropped his first two bouts against Mackens Semerzier and Jim Hettes. However, since then he is 2-1 with victories over Cole Escovedo and Damacio Page.
UFC on Fuel TV 6 will be the promotion’s first trip to China. Macau is one of two special administrative regions of the country with similar status to Hong Kong.
