Score Fighting Series hosts free webstream of SFS 5 tonight

Score Fighting Series’ deal with AXS TV doesn’t kick in until October but this weekend the Canadian cable channel-owned promotion puts on a show tonight, a show that will be webstreamed on thescore.com.  SFS 5 takes place at the Hamilton Palace Theater in Hamilton, Ontario.

In the main event 10-3 John Fraser takes on undefeated Josh Hill.  Fraser suffered all three of his losses in a row from 2004-2006 but after taking almost three years off form the cage he returned to start a seven-fight win streak most recently defeating Travis Reddinger in December.  In the time Fraser started his streak Hill started his career which currently stands at 8-0 most recently with a decision over Eric Wilson. 

In the co-main event Bellator vet Alex Ricci looks to extend his record to 6-0 as he takes on 10-2 Jesse Ronson.  Both are known for their striking with all of Ricci’s wins by KO/TKO inside two rounds, Ronson having six of his ten wins by KO/TKO including both his 2012 fights.
